6. Pricing, Payment & Duties/Taxes
The price shown at checkout is the effective price at the time you place the order. If there is an obvious pricing error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
You agree to pay using the payment methods we support. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
Shipping fees, delivery estimates, and duties/taxes arrangements (including any DDP terms where applicable) are described in our Shipping Policy (https://archemedy.com/shipping-policy/) and shown at checkout. In case of conflict, the Shipping Policy will prevail.
7. Order Formation, Cancellations & Refusal
After you submit an order and complete payment, we will send an order confirmation email/notification. An order is considered finally accepted when we confirm fulfillment (e.g., a shipping confirmation).
If an order has not shipped/been fulfilled, you may contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Once an order has shipped/been fulfilled, cancellation is usually not possible (see our Refund & Exchange Policy).
If we reasonably suspect fraud, abnormal ordering behavior, inventory errors, undeliverable addresses, legal violations, or violations of these Terms, we may refuse or cancel the order and issue a refund.
8. Shipping, Delivery, Timing & Risk
We currently ship from China to customers in the United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by flights, customs clearance, peak seasons, weather, and last-mile delivery.
Tracking information may update with delays or pause briefly at certain transit/clearance checkpoints before resuming.
Delivery failures, returns, or destruction caused by buyer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to receive the package) are generally the buyer’s responsibility, including any related fees.

9. Refunds & Exchanges

Important: Because tea products are consumable and may pose contamination risks, for health and food safety reasons, tea products are generally non-returnable. If there is damage on arrival, incorrect/missing items, shipping damage, or clear quality issues, we will provide solutions such as reshipment/replacement or a refund according to the policy.
