Archemedy is operated and supported from Kunming, China. If you have any questions about payments, orders, or after-sales support, please contact support@archemedy.com.
Orders are shipped internationally from China. Delivery times and shipping fees are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

2. Scope & Updates to These Terms

  1. These Terms apply to your access to, use of, and purchases made through this Website.

  2. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page and will take effect on the posting date. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

  1. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use this Website only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  2. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete shipping and contact information when placing an order and to keep it updated.

  3. You may not use the Website for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms (see “Prohibited Conduct”).

5. Product Information & Availability

  1. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information (e.g., descriptions, images, specifications, origin) is accurate. However, due to display settings, photography, batch variations, and brewing methods, the actual product may differ slightly from what is shown.

  2. We may adjust products, pricing, promotional rules, inventory strategies, and available regions at any time.

6. Pricing, Payment & Duties/Taxes

  1. The price shown at checkout is the effective price at the time you place the order. If there is an obvious pricing error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

  2. You agree to pay using the payment methods we support. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Shipping fees, delivery estimates, and duties/taxes arrangements (including any DDP terms where applicable) are described in our Shipping Policy  (https://archemedy.com/shipping-policy/) and shown at checkout. In case of conflict, the Shipping Policy will prevail.

7. Order Formation, Cancellations & Refusal

  1. After you submit an order and complete payment, we will send an order confirmation email/notification. An order is considered finally accepted when we confirm fulfillment (e.g., a shipping confirmation).

  2. If an order has not shipped/been fulfilled, you may contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Once an order has shipped/been fulfilled, cancellation is usually not possible (see our Refund & Exchange Policy).

  3. If we reasonably suspect fraud, abnormal ordering behavior, inventory errors, undeliverable addresses, legal violations, or violations of these Terms, we may refuse or cancel the order and issue a refund.

8. Shipping, Delivery, Timing & Risk

  1. We currently ship from China to customers in the United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by flights, customs clearance, peak seasons, weather, and last-mile delivery.

  2. Tracking information may update with delays or pause briefly at certain transit/clearance checkpoints before resuming.

  3. Delivery failures, returns, or destruction caused by buyer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to receive the package) are generally the buyer’s responsibility, including any related fees.

9. Refunds & Exchanges

Refund and exchange rules are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy as published on our Website.
Important: Because tea products are consumable and may pose contamination risks, for health and food safety reasons, tea products are generally non-returnable. If there is damage on arrival, incorrect/missing items, shipping damage, or clear quality issues, we will provide solutions such as reshipment/replacement or a refund according to the policy.

10. Health Disclaimer (Important)

  1. The Website and its content are for general information and consumer purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment advice.

  2. We do not make medical or therapeutic claims for any product. If you have allergies, are pregnant/breastfeeding, are taking medication, or have a medical condition, please consult a professional before use.

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, policy changes, pandemics, flight disruptions, customs policy changes, or carrier system failures. We will provide assistance and alternative solutions within a reasonable scope.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, including their formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Website services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent People’s Court in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China.
